Q: How far in advance do I need to order a container?
Q: How do you charge for roll-off containers?
A: When you order a roll-off container, a charge is incurred when the dumpster is dropped off. This charge includes the delivery and removal of the bin and rental fee(s). We offer this flat rate that includes 1-30 days of rental. If the container weighs more than the amount described below, there will be an extra charge for the additional weight. We have a flat rate for each dumpster.
Q: What happens after 30 days?
A: We will charge a monthly rental fee if the dumpster is not dumped in the 30-day period.
Q: Additional charges?
A: Additional weight charges will be incurred if the dumpster is within the weight limit of 2 tons.
Q: Can I fill the dumpster over the top?
Q: Are there materials that may not be placed in the container?
A: Yes. By law, we cannot accept hazardous or “special” waste materials, such as medical waste, paint, paint thinner, asbestos, and other chemicals. Computers, televisions, batteries, tires, kitchen trash, appliances, oil, or gas. Mattresses are allowed but incur additional charges. Contact us if you have any questions regarding allowable materials.
